The link is 1.3mm longer than stock and will lower the back end 10-11mm and help keep the bike more balanced off jump faces and over rough terrain. This link reduces wallowing, puts more preload on the shock spring and helps the shock use the full range of travel. Recommended sag with the Rideng Link is 100-103mm.  This same link will lower the rear on the FE 250/350/450/501 '14-'16 33mm (1 1/4")! Set the fork  between 12-15mm from flush and use around 100mm of sag. If you're a vertically challenged desert rider, this set up handled good in the dry loose dirt, ate up the hard pack whoops and still provided a cushy ride. Best of all while riding back home its much easier to reach the ground at traffic lights. Husqvarna redesigned the FEs in 2017 and each model rides about 13mm lower (1/2") stock. This same link will also lower these models: FE 250/350/450/501 '17-'23; TE 150/250/300 '17-'23; 19-20mm (3/4"). If you own a '17 +, set the sag between 100-105 and slide the forks up 10-12mm in the triple clamps.     ]]></isc:description>

<isc:description><![CDATA[This product is designed to balance out the chassis on KTM & Husqvarna models. The link is 1.3mm longer than stock and will lower the back end 10-11mm and help keep the bike more balanced off jump faces and over rough terrain. This link reduces wallowing, puts more preload on the shock spring and helps the shock use the full range of travel. Recommended sag with the Rideng Link is 100-103mm.  This same link will lower the rear on the FE 250/350/450/501 '14-'16 33mm (1 1/4")! Set the fork  between 12-15mm from flush and use around 100mm of sag. If you're a vertically challenged desert rider, this set up handled good in the dry loose dirt, ate up the hard pack whoops and still provided a cushy ride. Best of all while riding back home its much easier to reach the ground at traffic lights. Husqvarna redesigned the FEs in 2017 and each model rides about 13mm lower (1/2") stock. This same link will also lower these models: FE 250/350/450/501 '17-'23; TE 150/250/300 '17-'23; 19-20mm (3/4"). If you own a '17 +, set the sag between 100-105 and slide the forks up 10-12mm in the triple clamps. ]]></isc:description>

By flipping the insert, you get a substantial lowering of the rear of 22mm on these models, for those using the motorcycle in less challenging conditions (or for less experienced riders). This product is designed to be used with the stock center knuckle and the rider’s recommended spring rate. Recommended sag with the Rideng Link is 102-104mm. NOTE 1: With the insert in lowering mode, it is NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance. NOTE: With the insert in lowering mode, it is NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance. To fine tune the link for track use you can install insert pn: KX-12MM1-BA to increase the drop by 0.25mm which would make the link 1mm longer than stock in performance mode. The rear will sit 6mm lower and we recommended setting the race sag at 101-103mm. For trail riding or for less experienced riders, flip the insert to lowering mode and the ride height drops 22mm for a lower seat height. A great option on the RX models for off-road use. NOTE: Use insert pn: KX-12MM1-BA to increase the drop by 0.25mm which would make the link 1mm longer than stock in performance mode. In performance mode it improves handling and puts more preload on the shock.  This setting lowers the back of the motorcycle 8mm for a better balance point on the track. Recommended sag with the Rideng Link in P mode is 100-102mm. Flip the insert and you get a bike that sits 24mm lower than stock. Its ideal for trail riding or for shorter, less experienced riders. Warning in L mode the shock will be softer and much easier to bottom out. ]]></isc:description>
