Convert your WP air forks to top-tier KYB spring performance. Our exclusive KYB kit uses the latest 25mm cartridges taken directly from the 2024 YZ450F. These include the highly recommended “trampoline valve” mid-valve system used by top suspension tuners for improved compliance and bump absorption. Key Features: Latest 25mm KYB Cartridges – Straight from a 2024 YZ450F, not outdated 2017 models like some competitors. Proprietary Installation Kit – No drilling required. Includes bottoming cones and a modified KYB rebound bolt for easier, cleaner assembly. Stock Fork Lug Compatibility – Reuses your OEM WP forged lugs for optimal flex and real-world performance. We skip billet lugs that look cool but sacrifice ride quality. Fully Reversible – Can be returned back to stock. What's Included: KYB 25mm spring cartridges w/2024 YZ450F valving; Custom bottoming cones; Modified rebound bolts; All necessary hardware (except fork oil and springs). $1550 if you can do the installation yourself (not recommended) or $1750 installed by the suspension tuner of your choice. How It Works: Ship your forks (and shock, optional) directly to them. Have your local suspension tuner purchase the kit from us. The tuner will order the correct springs based on your weight and riding ability, re-valve the cartridges and do the complete installation.
